Trusting Information-A somber beginning.

More than anything else, I think both potential Buyers and Sellers don't know what to believe or who to trust within the Real Estate Community. It would be foolish of me, as an agent of 22 years, not to admit that there has often been a divide between us. As with any profession, and yes it is a serious profession, there are serious consequences attached for all unacceptable behavior, either intended or unintended. Agents pay a large premium every year for Errors and Ommissions Insurance, just as Doctors and Lawyers do.

In this economic climate, and yes in these uncertain times, I feel that the most valuable information I can provide to the public is not tainted with my own "pyschic observations".  I  am a lover of information, hard data and statistics.  Having said that, first and foremost, I am a consumer and a homeowner, a mother and wife, a professional.

Is it time to buy or sell your home?  It's only time if the data that is your reality indicates it.  You and only you know what your habits are, what your income growth potential is, where your comfort zone lay. Never let anyone talk you into or persuade you of a reality that is in concert with an agenda other than your own.
