The continuing saga

Will we make it into escrow? At this rate I'm not sure. The Listing Agent has informed me that the negotiator assigned to this file has been fired and the file has been closed.

She was told to resubmit the offer and supporting information in its entirety only when she was given a new contact.  They could not give her a time frame.  She continued on, telling me that Bank of America's process after receiving this information was to let it sit for 10 days before it was even input into the system. You can't make this up.

It took a week,  but she got a the new contact information and resubmitted the offer.  So we wait.  The one aspect of this that I would like to applaud is the Listing Agents attitude and knowledge of the process.  Her communication skills win her an A+ in my book, keeping me posted every week even if there is nothing much to say.  We are grateful to her for her tenacity and if anyone can move this transactionf forward she can.
